Extra time, penalty shootouts, and overtime periods are excluded from settlement unless explicitly included in the market title. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are void unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.

Live betting (in-play) markets may experience brief delays in odds updates due to streaming latency. ppos4d reserves the right to reject or void bets placed after a significant event has occurred but before odds have been updated, particularly goals, red cards, or penalties in football matches.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions after you have placed a bet, the bet will be refunded to your account. If a malfunction occurs after a game round has been completed, the result stands and will not be altered retroactively.

• Underage Gambling: Creating accounts or placing bets on behalf of individuals under 21 years of age
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise discover the source code or algorithms used by our platform or game providers

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (deposits and winnings), and potential reporting to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of money you have deposited into your ppos4d account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9.4 Force Majeure

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or court order
• Your account is involved in a chargeback or payment dispute

During suspension, you will not be able to place new bets, deposit funds, or withdraw funds. We will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If the suspension is lifted, your account will be restored with all funds intact. 10.2 Termination by You
